Nevertheless, there may be situations where clients encounter difficulties in making payments. In such cases, our system will make multiple attempts to process the payment and notify us if the issue pertains to insufficient funds. If clients continue to be unresponsive to payment requests, we have the option to refer your clients to our legal partner, KLS, at no cost to you. KLS will then take the necessary steps to pursue the outstanding payment on your behalf.

No, our product, PaymentPlan, is not a "buy now, pay later" service. Additionally, Stripe may apply a small fee, which is also transaction-based and depends on the volume of business you generate.
