Remap Kings is a UK, consumer-facing car tuning company that with their nationwide team of technicians, installs ECU remaps to peoples’ cars whilst on their drive. They are the only UK company to offer the entire selection and booking process online.
The Issue
With online shoppers being increasingly offered BNPL products in order to afford their purchases, the staff at Remap Kings were often asked if they offered interest free credit. Stymied by the fact that usually only one product is bought at once (meaning basket size is never going to increase as a result of offering credit) coupled with transaction rates charged by BNPL companies, it was something that wasn’t offered and sometimes, sales were lost because of it.
The Solution
